Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on business performance, including long‑range forecasts.
• Partner with leaders to drive opportunities and controllership for Sustainability programs.
• Support monthly and quarterly reviews with VP+ stakeholders, outlining performance, risks and opportunities.
• Design and maintain controllership mechanisms for centralized initiatives.
• Develop scalable capital allocation frameworks for investments.
• Drive free cash flow optimization through cost efficiencies and process improvements.
• Enforce financial policies and controls across the organization.
