Cabaletta Bio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to lead end-to-end planning across the cell therapy supply chain.

You will align patient demand with manufacturing capacity, inventory strategies, and financial objectives through a structured monthly S&OP/IBP cycle and cross-functional decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA/MS preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and exec-facing communication skills.
Experience spanning demand and supply planning and S&OP.

Responsibilities

Lead the global monthly S&OP cycle (Demand/Supply), aligning with Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
Develop and maintain consensus demand plans informed by enrollment, scheduling, and forecasts.
Prepare executive S&OP materials that frame decisions, risks, and recommendations.
Oversee end-to-end supply models (MCB, plasmids, LVV, DP) and inventory strategies.
Model long-range requirements for materials to ensure availability ahead of demand.
Translate demand into manufacturing slot requirements and manage vein-to-vein timelines.
Identify and raise supply constraints with CDMOs and regulatory dependencies.
Lead a team of supply planning and inventory professionals.
