Job summary

Cabaletta Bio is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales & Operations Planning to lead the end-to-end S&OP process for its cell therapy supply chain. This role ensures alignment between patient demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategies, and financial objectives through structured planning and cross-functional decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• 7–10 years of progressive supply chain experience; autologous cell & gene therapy is ideal.
• People leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools; strong Excel and BI tooling.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or similar certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of FDA/EMA GMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global monthly S&OP cycle, including Demand Review and Supply Review, and support the Executive S&OP.
• Build and maintain a consensus demand plan for clinical and commercial products, informed by enrollment and forecasts.
• Prepare executive S&OP materials and track decisions to closure.
• Develop end-to-end supply models across the cell therapy value chain.
• Model long-range requirements for MCB, plasmid, LVV with timing and yields.
• Translate demand into manufacturing slot requirements with timelines.
• Oversee inventory strategy for critical materials and minimize obsolescence.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply planning professionals.
• Identify and elevate supply constraints; coordinate with CDMOs.
