Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• MBA a plus.
• 2-5 years' experience in Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, and/or Operations.
• Experience in Medical Device, Medical Supply, or Pharmaceutical Industry preferred.
• Leadership qualities and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience negotiating supply agreements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work on a strict timeline in a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• ERP/MRP system experience required (JDE preferred).
• Willingness to travel (<25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead materials planning to align with plant production schedules.
• Oversee buyer/planner and warehouse team.
• Ensure on-time delivery while complying with regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet PPV and inventory targets.
• Represent materials on the MRB (Materials Review Board).
• Negotiate and renew Strategic Supply Agreements.
• Provide inventory procurement support for new products.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Support audits (SOX, FDA, ISO).
