Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain/material planning within manufacturing or OEM.
• Minimum 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong skills in planning, forecasting, inventory control, and data analysis.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Good English communication (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning, material planning, and inventory management processes.
• Drive KPI performance (inventory turns, DOH, service levels, lead time reduction).
• Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with business targets.
• Optimize supply chain processes and implement global SOPs.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and global planning teams.
• Manage customer communication, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization programs.
