Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Global Supply Demand Planner to support supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, material planning, and supplier coordination across global operations. The role collaborates with procurement, production, logistics, and customer service to optimize inventory and schedules, leveraging ERP, Excel, and reporting tools for analysis.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have hands-on experience with planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Experience with planning software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of MRP and DRP principles.
• Experience with inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage global supply and demand planning activities.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts.
• Analyze data for SIOP/S&OP planning activities.
• Utilize MRP and DRP processes for material and replenishment planning.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Support new product introductions, product changes, and phase-out planning.
• Use ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools for planning and analysis.
• Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans.
• Support timely and accurate customer delivery commitments.
• Leverage data and technology to improve forecasting and supply-chain efficiency.
