Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of sourcing or supply management experience.
• Desirable: EV/energy/electronics or advanced manufacturing background.
• Data-driven, collaborative, and fast-paced work style.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and supplier development across mechanical commodities (metal stamping, busbars, CNC machining, extrusions, plastics).
• Manage RFQs, negotiations, supplier agreements and pricing.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing on NPI and production readiness.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery and capacity.
• Develop cost-reduction, dual-sourcing and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Travel internationally 10–25% as required.
