Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Global Supply Manager – Mechanical Commodities to lead sourcing and supplier strategy for critical mechanical components. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations to support new product development and production growth.

The role involves RFQ management, supplier negotiations, and developing cost-reduction strategies, with international travel of 10–25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years' sourcing, supply management, or relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience within EV, energy, electronics, or advanced manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costs, processes, and supplier negotiations.
• Data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
