Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing mechanical components and understanding cost drivers for tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management capabilities and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFx processes from requirements to supplier selection.
• Develop and maintain should-cost models for mechanical components.
• Negotiate piece prices, tooling costs, and supplier agreements.
• Manage commercial relationships with key suppliers and track performance.
• Drive supplier readiness during New Product Introduction and ramp.
• Support cost, capacity planning and lead-time initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing to deliver sourcing roadmap.
• Present sourcing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally, ~25%.
