Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Planner to coordinate end-to-end planning for finished and refurbished instruments and related materials. The role centralizes demand, inventory investment, and supply availability across Vista, CA, and global sites with close collaboration with Global Sales.

You will own day-to-day inventory planning, establish targets, and support decisions to meet customer delivery commitments while minimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive proper inventory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory planning across global distribution centers and the Vista site.
• Own day-to-day order management and inventory strategies.
• Collaborate with Global Sales to manage orders and CRDs.
• Communicate supply risks and fulfillment commitments.
• Support cross-functional planning with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Global Planning.
