Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across functions.
• Experience with demand and supply planning and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning and inventory for an assigned portfolio of finished goods, maintaining stock coverage and customer service levels.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Marketing and Product Management to develop and execute demand and supply plans.
• Create and manage purchase orders, considering lead times, quantities, pricing, discounts, and supplier capabilities.
• Monitor supplier commitments and expedite or adjust deliveries as demand and inventory change.
• Coordinate with Transportation, Warehouse, Quality, Customer Service, and Accounts Payable to resolve shipment, receipt, product, order, and invoice issues.
• Monitor inventory and supplier performance metrics including fill rates, days of coverage, backorders, and inventory turns.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
