Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Planner to manage finished goods and ensure optimal inventory and on-time delivery for our membrane manufacturing operations at the Indianapolis site. The role reports to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and is an on-site position.

You will coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling with the distribution center, drive accuracy in order planning, and leverage Oracle/SAP systems to resolve discrepancies and improve processes; travel is limited

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain planning.
Proficiency with Oracle and SAP for order planning and warehouse activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage finished goods planning and inventory controls to meet on-time delivery targets.
Post receipt, storage, shipping, and cycle count transactions accurately.
Coordinate demand signals for strategic stock items to maintain target inventory levels.
Collaborate with distribution center teams on shipping, receiving, and material handling.
Investigate and resolve Oracle/SAP orderbook discrepancies and improve processes.
