Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States is seeking a Logistics Portfolio Manager to lead transportation strategy, sourcing, governance, and logistics execution across a portfolio of domestic and international projects.

You will develop concepts, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments; lead Project Logistics Managers and specialists, drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or engineering.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in project logistics or related field.
• Experience with large-scale industrial, infrastructure or capital projects.
• Domestic and international multimodal transportation experience.
• Leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Project Logistics Managers, Specialists, and Coordinators assigned to the portfolio.
• Oversee portfolio logistics budgets, schedules, risks, and execution readiness.
• Oversee RFQs, carrier negotiations, and supplier management for transportation.
• Ensure smooth ITO-to-OTR transitions and handover readiness.
• Monitor KPIs, performance, and cost optimization across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Project Mgmt, Engineering, and Sourcing teams.
