Job summary

Entegris is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Supply Chain to manage escalations and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain across the APS division. The role partners with global planning, manufacturing, and operations to address material shortages, cross‑plant constraints, and delivery risks while communicating risks and tradeoffs to senior leaders.

The successful candidate will analyze data, develop contingency plans, and lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency, including ERP

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supply chain management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Distribution preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Access; able to analyze data and turn it into action.
• Knowledge of SAP MRP/ERP; SAP experience required.
• APICS certification a strong plus.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve shortages and cross‑plant issues with end‑to‑end perspective.
• Develop contingency action plans for potential disruptions and communicate risks and scenarios to stakeholders.
• Represent Global Supply Planning during planning processes, daily escalations, and senior leadership updates.
• Manage and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze data and performance; enhance ERP settings and Power BI usage with COE.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to align supply chain activities with business goals.
