Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. seeks a senior supply‑chain leader for Waterpik to translate commercial priorities into executable supply scenarios, protecting revenue and enabling aggressive time‑to‑market for new products.

You will interact with the VP Personal Care and coordinate with cross‑functional teams across the USA and China. This role oversees global brand and teams with 30–50% travel, based in Ewing, NJ or China, and focuses on OTIF, capacity, material strategies, and CM alignment to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive supply-chain experience in CPG or consumer devices/personal care brands.
• Experience managing supply chain in an industry-leading electronics company.
• Strong expertise in Asian manufacturing and manufacturing automation.
• Advanced digital and analytics skills (ERP/MRP, BI tools).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single Waterpik supply-chain voice on the Personal Care leadership team.
• Translate promotions and launch plans into supply scenarios with trade-offs on service and costs.
• Own weekly S&OE cadence and publish updates to leadership.
• Drive NPD time-to-market acceleration with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain holistic view of capacity and materials across plants and CMs.
• Own CM performance accountability for service, quality, cost and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Logistics on CPFR and event readiness.
• Drive gross-margin and cost-to-serve levers within guardrails.
• Publish concise decision packages and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to enable rapid, aligned decisions.
