Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership in supply chain/operational roles with 5+ years in S&OP/IBP transformations.
• Global scope experience across North America and Asia; high-tech ecosystem exposure.

Responsibilities

• Chair monthly SIOP/IBP cycle with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead demand-supply reconciliation and scenario modeling for exec teams.
• Align capacity planning with financial budgets to protect margins and cash flow.
• Partner with senior leaders to integrate portfolio shifts into macro planning.
