Job summary

Luminize is seeking a VP, Supply Chain & Operations in San Diego to own end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to fulfillment, with direct C-suite reporting and full ownership of teams and budgets. The role emphasizes scaling operations, building process infrastructure, and delivering margin improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive-level experience in supply chain, procurement, and warehousing.
• Proven ability to scale operations and manage P&L with margin impact.
• Deep experience with high-velocity fulfillment and FBA-like ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain lifecycle from procurement to fulfillment.
• Set long-term strategy aligned to growth, margins and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting, labor planning, and warehouse operations with accountability for profitability.
• Mentor and scale high-performing teams across Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations.
