Job summary

BD is seeking a senior supply chain planning leader to define and drive end-to-end planning strategies across regional and global operations. You will oversee SIOP/IBP processes, engage stakeholders, and drive improvements in demand, supply, production and distribution.

The role requires strong analytics, ERP proficiency and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team toward cost, cash and service optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level equivalent minimum with advanced degree in supply chain or related field.
• Proven leadership of global SIOP/IBP processes with P&L impact.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain planning and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SC planning strategy to optimize cost, cash and service globally.
• Lead SIOP/IBP processes and drive regional and global stakeholder engagement.
• Harmonize planning processes across demand, supply, production and distribution.
• Drive continuous performance improvement through ERP and analytics enhancements.
• Develop team capabilities and optimize resources to deliver performance goals.
