Job summary

ECOLAB seeks an experienced Senior Director for Bioprocessing and Purification Technologies (BPT) Global Planning and Logistics to lead end-to-end supply chain planning and logistics strategy. You will drive synchronization between production, inventory and international distribution from a global vantage point.

You will shape the global S&OP/IBP framework, optimize inventories, and steer digital tools like ERP and AI forecasting to ensure service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in logistics and planning.
• Strong people leadership experience.
• Background in chemistry or chemical supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead global S&OP/IBP processes to align supply and demand across regions.
• Optimize global inventory to balance working capital with service levels.
• Develop long-term demand and supply models considering market volatility and chemical lead times.
• Oversee complex global logistics including 3PL/4PL, freight, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive digital transformation with ERP, TMS, and AI-driven forecasting tools.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as Perfect Order Fulfillment and Inventory Turnover.
• Mitigate disruptions with contingency planning and risk assessment; ensure HSE compliance and hazardous materials regulations.
