Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows, part of Senior plc, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize the full supply chain, including procurement, production planning, and logistics. You will drive supplier performance, negotiate agreements, implement S&OP/MRP discipline, and ensure on-time delivery while managing export control compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in supply chain with 5+ in senior leadership, manufacturing exposure, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain management
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Professional certifications CSCP/CPSM/CPIM are desirable

Responsibilities

• Build and execute long-term supply chain strategies to improve performance
• Drive supplier performance improvements with scorecards and corrective actions
• Negotiate long-term supplier agreements and terms
• Implement scalable supply chain processes and tools (S&OP/MRP, Kanban)
• Develop production plans aligned with customer delivery requirements
• Ensure on-time delivery with high quality from suppliers
• Expand supply base while meeting export control requirements
• Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand
• Oversee logistics operations including receiving, shipping, warehousing, and distribution
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
