Job summary

Schneider Electric has launched the Global Supply Chain Development Program, a three-year rotational experience starting January 2027. The program requires relocation across Schneider Electric locations in the United States and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Occupational Safety, or related programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Three 12-month rotations across US Global Supply Chain locations with exposure to multiple teams.
• Personalized development through leadership training, mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.
• Opportunities in tracks: Operations & Engineering or Supply Chain.
