Job summary

Siemens is seeking new graduates for a two-year Operations Leadership Development Program in the Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. The program starts January 2027 and requires relocation for four rotations across multiple U.S. sites including MA, TX, OK, GA, SC, CA, and more.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and digitalization initiatives, with mentorship, networking, and development opportunities to accelerate careers within Siemens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or to be completed before program start date.
• Available to begin full-time employment in January 2027.
• Must be willing and able to relocate domestically for each rotation and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
• Assist in improving manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop leadership and technical skills.
