Mondelez International is launching a Supply Leadership Development Program for early career graduates. Participants rotate through manufacturing, supply planning, procurement, engineering, and logistics with real responsibilities from day one.

Relocation benefits and mentorship are included to accelerate development and leadership readiness. Start date July 26, 2027; relocation yearly to first-year locations; requires undergrad degree in SCM or engineering and ability to relocate; US work

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred graduation date of May 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in: Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations and related fields.
• Must be open to relocate annually as part of the program's rotational structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end understanding of the integrated supply chain through rotations.
• Lead real work with real impact and gain exposure to senior leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive results.
