Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. is launching a Supply Chain Rotational Program in Greenville, NC and nearby HYMH locations. The SCRP is a 3–4 year program featuring three, 12–18 month rotations across different supply chain functions.

Participants will join each rotation with full-time responsibilities and lead at least one project, while earning a professional certification. Upon completion, associates are placed into a permanent role based on fit, skill level, and HYMH business needs.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business with a concentration in Supply Chain.
• Internship or related work in supply chain required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong business, management and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Six Sigma knowledge preferred
• SAP Knowledge (Supply Chain) preferred
• Experience with data reporting tools (PowerBI) preferred

Responsibilities

• Join a 3–4 year rotational program with three, 12–18 month rotations across HYMH locations.
• Assume full-time responsibilities in each rotation and lead at least one project.
• Earn a professional certification during the program.
• Placement into a permanent role after completion based on fit, skill, and business needs.
