Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. is seeking talented Supply Chain Rotational professionals for its SCRP. The 3-4 year program spans across HYMH locations with three 12-18 month rotations. Associates will lead at least one project each rotation and pursue a relevant professional certification.

After program completion, associates are placed into permanent roles based on fit, skill level, and HYMH business needs. Location options include Greenville, NC or other HYMH sites.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business with a concentration in Supply Chain is required.
• Experience from supply chain internships or related work involvement required.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency required.
• Business, Management and Project Management skills required.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills required.
• Basic understanding of Six Sigma preferred.
• SAP knowledge (Supply Chain) preferred.
• Experience with data reporting tools (Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the three 12-18 month rotations across HYMH locations.
• Lead at least one project during each rotation.
• Join different supply chain functional areas throughout the program.
• Work toward a professional certification in a relevant field.
• Be placed into a permanent role upon program completion.
