Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain/Project Manager for the SourceBlue division in Philadelphia. The role oversees daily operations of supply chain projects, coordinating product selection, deliveries, and installations with internal SourceBlue teams.

Responsibilities include supporting business development with client prospects, assisting in technical sales, and developing bid packages while ensuring adherence to budgets and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of commercial construction supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in electrical, mechanical, or finished product knowledge.
• Experience in commercial construction industry and knowledge of regional market and trends.
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills with ability to influence others.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, purchasing, contracts, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Project manage daily operations of one or more supply chain projects.
• Coordinate product selection, deliveries, and subcontractor installations with internal SourceBlue teams.
• Discuss client prospects with SourceBlue and Turner BD teams to secure opportunities.
• Support technical sales efforts for BD/Pre-Construction activities.
• Assess logistics for estimating products with Preconstruction teams.
• Develop bid packages and analyze vendor bids against contracts.
