Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead daily supply chain operations in Lancaster, PA. You will coordinate product selection, deliveries, and installation with internal SourceBlue teams.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial construction, a related degree, strong negotiation and MS Office skills, and travel willingness. You will develop bid packages, analyze bids, manage budgets, and oversee payments for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field desired or equivalent.
• Expertise in electrical, mechanical, or finished product knowledge.
• Experience in commercial construction and knowledge of regional market trends.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of estimating, costs, scheduling, purchasing, and cost control.
• Project management skills to move projects forward in complex environments.
• Advanced presentation and delivery skills; strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Regular travel required.

Responsibilities

• Participate with SourceBlue and Turner BD teams to pursue opportunities.
• Support technical sales with client presentations, package reviews, and scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics for estimating products with Preconstruction teams.
• Maintain purchasing and risk management compliance; manage logs.
• Develop bid scopes and analyze vendor bids for project teams.
• Solicit vendor pricing and manage purchase orders and vendor submittals.
• Oversee project budget, financial reporting, and payment processes.
• Communicate awards and coordinate with project teams.
