Job summary

World Market is seeking a senior supply chain professional to drive end-to-end process improvements across our distribution network. You’ll work with teams across the organization, using Tableau, SQL, and Excel to analyze data, develop actionable plans, and guide implementation.

You will travel up to 50% and support our Windsor VA and Stockton CA distribution centers, delivering measurable efficiency and service improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical discipline or related field preferred.
Master’s degree in business and/or Supply Chain/Logistics is a plus.
4 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to identify and drive operational and process improvement projects across World Market’s supply chain organization.
Develop end-to-end supply chain solutions leveraging volume, systems, and partnerships to improve service and productivity.
Utilize data analysis, modeling, and cost-benefit methods to propose and implement improvements.
Provide recommendations to executive management and partners on new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
