Job summary

Cloud Network Technology USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to ensure consistent processes across sites and drive global deployment of new methods and systems. You will coordinate inventory goals, optimize turns, and manage cross-functional programs across BUs and suppliers.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing supply chain, ERP deployment experience, and bilingual Chinese. Strong analytics, SAP/Oracle knowledge, and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain required.
• Minimum of 3 years Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Bilingual Chinese required.
• Prior ERP deployment experience and B2B deployment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up inventory goals and breakdown to site, BU, and part number levels.
• Coordinate cross-site, BU, and function plans to optimize turns and inventory levels; train site SCLs.
• Manage holidays, natural disasters, strikes to assess risk and mitigate impact across the supply chain.
• Initiate new supply chain models and coordinate cross-site implementation.
• Engage with SAP IT, B2B IT, and supplier IT to address data governance and EDI issues.
