Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of project management, process management, or value stream mapping experience.
• 5 years of experience with MS Project and Smartsheet.
• 5 years managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously.
• 5 years of experience in retail or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, cross-functional, complex process improvement projects.
• Lead charter development, stakeholder analysis, design, and implementation plans.
• Work with users to define business requirements clearly.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and risks.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with required functionality.
• Coordinate communication between team and management.
• Track metrics and KPIs for each project with stakeholders.
• Coach team members on methodologies and timelines.
