Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, industrial engineering, consulting, or operational improvement.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements or operational improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with client or business leadership, including senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 60–80% of the time, depending on project requirements, client needs, and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements, workstreams, or site implementations simultaneously, ensuring delivery quality, strong project financials, clear communication, and achievement of client objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders ranging from frontline supervisors and operations managers to directors, vice presidents, and executive leadership.
• Translate operational findings and technical analysis into clear recommendations, business cases, prioritized implementation plans, and executive-level presentations.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, escalations, team priorities, staffing needs, and stakeholder expectations across complex client environments.
