Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Mgmt/Program Mgmt, Supply Chain or Operations Mgmt.
• 1 year of team leader and/or people management experience.
• Ability to attain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Supply Chain Professionals responsible to the PMO for the Global Supply Chain and coordinates cross-functionally to meet commitments.
• Oversees material budget requirements to support PMO financial commitments.
• Accountable for supply chain program execution including budgets, planning, forecasting, schedules, risk management, and supplier performance.
• Develops material strategy for GSC across Acquisition Process and budgets with PMO for the program portfolio.
• Ensures complete schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies before program execution.
• Drives mitigation plans for supply chain risks and issues.
• Briefs PMO and executives on status and action plans to address issues.
