Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems is hiring a Manager Global Supply Chain Programs 2 to support a major program. The role supports the Development Operational Unit with leadership across GSC activities, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and Air Force customers.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with relevant experience, active U.S. Government Secret clearance, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional/military experience in project management, supply chain, supplier management, or related field; OR Master’s with 3 years; OR high school with 9 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all GSC activities in support of the execution of this major program
• Create project plans, including project schedules and budgets
• Integrate requirements across the project to ensure successful execution
• Brief Northrop Grumman management and Air Force customers on project status
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Work with multiple engineering teams and cross-functional departments
• Participate in contract negotiations and contract changes as required
