Job summary

Northrop Grumman is hiring a Manager Global Supply Chain Programs 2 to support the GSC Program Team in several U.S. locations. The role may be based in El Segundo, Palmdale, Redondo Beach, Rancho Bernardo, Melbourne, FL, or Oklahoma City, OK, with a hybrid arrangement possible and on-site presence required.

Up to 25% travel to supplier locations and other Northrop Grumman sites may be involved. The primary objective is delivering all contractual requirements on cost and schedule while meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional/military experience in project management, supply chain, supplier management or related field.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of professional/military experience in project management, supply chain, supplier management or related field.
• High school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of professional/military experience in project management, supply chain, supplier management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all GSC activities in support of the execution of this major program.
• Create project plans, including project schedules and budgets.
• Integrate requirements vertically and horizontally across the project to ensure successful execution.
• Brief Northrop Grumman management and Air Force customers on project status.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Work with multiple engineering teams and cross-functional departments.
• Participate in contract negotiations and contract changes as required.
