Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is hiring a Supply Chain Program Manager 1 for our Salt Lake City, UT facility. The role is 100% on site and requires a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

You will lead a cross-functional team within the Global Supply Chain to manage budgets, schedules, and supplier performance. Responsibilities include developing material strategies, overseeing PMO commitments, and driving cost reductions while coordinating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to

Qualifications

• Requires degree with 5+ years in business/program/supply chain or a related field; or 3+ years with a Master's.
• At least 1 year of team leadership/people management experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance; willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team within the Global Supply Chain to meet program commitments.
• Develop material strategies and manage budgets within PMO.
• Forecast, plan resources, and monitor schedule performance.
• Provide status briefings to PMO and executives; drive cost reduction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and suppliers to ensure on-time hardware delivery.
