FT remote work is not available. Leads a team of Material Program Managers, manages budgets, schedules, and risk while coordinating with PMO and cross-functional partners to ensure delivery of hardware

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in program management, project management, supply chain or related field, or Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
• Leadership experience with high-performing teams and accountability to objectives.
• Experience budgeting and scheduling of significant scope programs.
• Experience with EVMS and government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Material Program Managers for the PMO across Global Supply Chain.
• Oversees material budget, resource planning, forecasting, schedule performance, risk management.
• Develops material strategy across phases of the Business Acquisition Process.
• Ensures complete schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies before execution.
• Drives cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Interfaces with engineering, operations, quality and leadership to ensure on-time hardware delivery within budget.
