Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager I to coordinate SCM deliverables for design initiatives across the Product Creation Process (PCP). The role includes analysis, strategy development, guidance and implementation for supply chain development, procurement, and logistics to support program needs.

This position requires collaboration with customer engineering teams, cost reductions, BOM health checks, and involvement in early supplier engagement to mitigate supply risks.

• Strong problem solving, analytic, negotiation, project management and people skills are a must.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, summarize information and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to collaborate with SCM teams globally across various regions and sites.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Supply Chain deliverables identified in the Product Creation Process (PCP).
• Performs situational analysis, strategy development, guidance and implementation for supply chain development, procurement, and logistics.
• Leads sustaining engineering activities for electrical and electro‑mechanical commodities including AVL expansion.
• Identifies cost reduction opportunities for sourced components.
• Supports design and new product introduction initiatives by BOM health/supply chain continuity analysis.
