Job summary

Juul Labs seeks a multifunctional Operations Program and Global Supply Manager to join our Global Supply Chain team in a hybrid role. You will bridge day-to-day contract manufacturing execution with strategic supply chain management and oversee the complete lifecycle of products across our global supplier network.

The role requires 5+ years in global supply chain, strong cost acumen, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, quality, product, and finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years global supply chain or complex manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong cost knowledge and DFMA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of products across global supplier network.
• Manage on-time delivery, efficiency, and forecast execution.
• Lead cost tracking and should-cost planning with finance and engineering.
• Negotiate with key suppliers on pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners on capacity and scalability.
