Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Warren Plant seeks a digital manufacturing leader to own the KCNA Digital Manufacturing strategy for the plant, focusing on equipment, capability building, and value delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience; 3+ years in systems support.
• Lean principles experience; blue belt or equivalent preferred.
• Strong statistical/analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data.
• Direct experience with SAP ERP, MES, PLM systems.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and collaborate across levels.
• Willingness to flex schedule and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital programs strategy implementation for sustaining long-term growth of KC digital manufacturing.
• Develop, advise, and propose long-term resolutions to systemic manufacturing problems.
• Serve as the technical expert for major digital systems, processes and capabilities (e.g., SMOM, EWM).
• Champion and support mobile digital apps (Poka, SchedulePro) across the site.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across systems of responsibility.
• Analyze data structures, calculations, and workflow to optimize systems and people across the supply chain.
• Provide analytical support for data within and generated by the manufacturing systems.
• Sustain and integrate data historian systems, MES, and QMS.
• Lead deployment of SMOM, ensure success, and facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Develop data flows into SMOM and support long-term growth plans for SMOM.
