Job summary

The Kimberly-Clark Warren Plant is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Leader to own the execution of the KCNA digital manufacturing strategy. You will focus on equipment, capability building, and value delivery across the site, championing major digital systems and mobile apps to enable a highly connected, efficient plant.

Lead deployment of SMOM and related data flows, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement. Travel may be required as part of global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in systems support/development.
• Lean principles experience (blue belt preferred).
• Strong statistical/analytical skills: regression, SPC, financial analysis, analytics.
• Direct experience with large software systems (SAP ERP, MES, PLM, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital programs for sustaining the KC digital manufacturing strategy.
• Advise on long-term resolutions to systemic manufacturing problems.
• Be the technical expert for major digital systems (e.g., SMOM, EWM).
• Champion mobile digital apps (Poka, SchedulePro).
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across systems.
