Job summary

Saft is seeking a senior leader to build and drive a world-class supply chain organization in the Jacksonville area. You will oversee Sales & Operations Planning, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics, Scheduling and Material Planning, delivering digitally enabled, efficiency-driven outcomes across quote-to-cash activities.

You’ll manage a cross-functional team, influence change, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to support strategic initiatives with strong commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain; professional experience acceptable in lieu.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with strategic direction in supply chain.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and WMS systems; strong management skills.
• Safety focus, CIQ regulation knowledge, and international business exposure.
• Strong commercial sense and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a world-class supply chain team across S&OP, procurement, logistics and planning.
• Set procurement, scheduling and inventory standards with risk-controlled frameworks.
• Drive supplier management, negotiations and contract framework for regional impact.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and order processing to meet internal/external needs.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across supply chain.
