Job summary

Amazon in the United States is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning, forecast validation, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, product, and finance. You will own S&OP processes and drive improvements in efficiency, cost, and service levels.

You will manage data solutions, build visualization for stakeholders, and partner with Tech teams to defend forecasts and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop (as an individual contributor) a new process to streamline forecast consumption, transformation and explain-ability.
• Manage advanced visualization solutions to allow business and tech stakeholders to deep dive and understand the teams forecasts.
• Collaborate with leaders across multiple teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Successfully operate and influence in a cross-functional capacity
• Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end to end customer experience
• Execute thorough root cause analysis and deliver results
