Job summary

Enpro Inc. is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationships. You will drive cost reductions, manage risk, and mentor a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

The role requires 10+ years in category management, CPSM, and strong leadership within manufacturing settings. Onsite Florida location with travel up to 20% and collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• CPSM certification with ISM or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of meaningful category management and strategic sourcing experience across direct and indirect material categories on a global scale.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in directly leading and managing teams of strategic and tactical supply chain professionals in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ERP operating systems.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills across regions, functions, and levels; fluent in English.
• Embraces and works well in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
• Keen collaboration and influencing skills; works effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Proven and demonstratable record of cost reduction for direct and indirect materials and transportation services.
• Excellent negotiator.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements company-wide procurement strategies to optimize costs, working capital, and terms.
• Leads supply chain teams, hiring and performance managing talent.
• Partners with Sales, Operations and Engineering to evaluate new business opportunities and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identifies and mitigates supply chain risks, ensuring material availability.
• Negotiates long- and short-term contracts for products, materials, software, and services.
