Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives supporting complex hardware product programs. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, product operations, or supply chain management.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional supply chain programs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, performance metrics, and sourcing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of global hardware or electromechanical supply chains.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives from development through sustained operations and end-of-life.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program teams, communicating supply chain decisions, progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Partner with sourcing, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance to develop balanced strategies that improve operational performance.
  • Execute cost reduction initiatives by evaluating total cost of ownership, including sourcing, logistics, service, replacement, and tariff impacts.
  • Analyze lead times and develop optimization roadmaps to improve supply chain responsiveness and delivery performance.
  • Own supply chain requirements throughout the product lifecycle, including post-launch engineering change implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution of engineering change orders and product updates.
  • Perform root cause analysis on supply chain issues and implement process improvements to prevent future disruptions.
  • Develop reports and performance metrics that provide actionable insights into supplier readiness, costs, lead times, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain planning, and product operations, with a proven ability to optimize cost, lead times, supplier performance, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional supply chain initiatives from product development through sustained operations and end‑of‑life planning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program teams, communicating supply chain decisions, progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Partner with sourcing, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams to develop balanced strategies that improve operational performance and supply chain resilience.
  • Execute cost reduction initiatives by evaluating total cost of ownership, including sourcing, logistics, service, replacement, and tariff impacts.
  • Analyze lead times and develop optimization roadmaps to improve supply chain responsiveness and delivery performance.

  • Experience in robotics, manufacturing, industrial automation, or other technology‑driven hardware environments.
  • Background supporting both new product introduction (NPI) and sustained operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and PLM platforms.
  • Demonstrated success driving cost reduction, lead time optimization, and supply chain process improvements.
  • Experience with risk mitigation, scenario planning, and trade compliance.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
