Job summary

Envision, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, planning, and distribution across the organization. You will drive continuous improvement, manage direct and indirect sourcing, and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries and optimized working capital.

This role requires up to 50% travel between Wichita and Dallas. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain within manufacturing, strong cost and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing, with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in production, purchasing, inventory, production control, warehousing, and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day and long-term supply chain activities to ensure timely planning and procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement of supply chain operations and performance metrics.
• Develops and implements planning and procurement systems and supplier evaluation processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Marketing for on-time delivery.
• Ensure lead times and inventory levels are optimized and aligned with demand.
• Prepare reports for Leadership on supplier performance and costs.
• Travel up to 50% between Dallas, TX and Wichita, KS.
