Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Working experience in supply chain management.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
• Strong leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow and schedule department activities.
• Supervise and develop the supply chain team.
• Recruitment, retention, and performance management of team members.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies and strategic sourcing.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and freight partners while driving cost efficiency.
• Lead supplier relationship management and scorecards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support production planning and new product introductions.
• Maintain inventories and monitor global freight and exports compliance.
