Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manufacturing Systems lead who will drive regional execution, governance, and standardization of digital manufacturing technologies across plants. You will partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to scale high-efficiency capabilities, strengthen cybersecurity, and build internal expertise through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Operations, or IT Supply Chain.
• Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining core manufacturing software systems (e.g., MES, HMI, ISA-88 Batching, Historians).
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL (MS SQL Server) and SAP manufacturing workflows (Production Orders, Confirmations, Material Movements, Quality Management).
• Knowledge of plant floor control systems, SPC, and Operational Excellence standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, technical direction, and troubleshooting of digital manufacturing system initiatives across regional plants.
• Enforce global manufacturing systems standards, cybersecurity policies, compliance checklists, and access management across all regional sites.
• Partner with regional Quality, Engineering, FP&R, and GIT teams to identify and scale high-impact manufacturing best practices.
• Design and deliver technical training programs to address competency gaps and build local plant systems expertise.
• Oversee technical issue resolution, mitigate downtime, and manage remediation activities across the region.
