Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Business Process Analyst-Supply Chain based in Piscataway, New Jersey. The role sits in our Global IT organization and focuses on implementing SAP Warehouse Management within a fully integrated digital supply chain.

You will work with global teams across North America, Latin America and Hill’s Pet Nutrition to design, implement and optimize SAP-based solutions that meet business requirements and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience configuring and implementing SAP Warehouse Management in consumer goods or pharmaceutical industries with batch management experience.
  • Strong ability to communicate with business leadership and key users across global, regional and divisional levels.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain at divisional/subsidiary levels to understand processes and gather requirements.
  • Analyze, research and resolve requests using existing technologies aligned with governance.
  • Identify new techniques and technologies to add value to business and IT.
  • Lead implementation of global bundles for NA, Hill’s Pets Nutrition and Latin America subsidiaries.
  • Communicate project details effectively to the team.
  • Ensure governance compliance of GIT practices.
  • Plan and lead multiple complex GIT projects simultaneously.

Role Summary

Colgate-Palmolive invites applications for the position of Business Process Analyst-Supply Chain in our Company's Global Information Technology (GIT) Organization. This position is based in Piscataway, New Jersey and will report into the Global Applications Organization (GA) supporting Divisional and Subsidiary teams in North America, Latin America and Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

The Business Process Analyst, Supply Chain plays an integral role in the implementation of new Supply Chain applications supporting our goals for a fully integrated, end to end, digital supply chain. The analyst must be able to apply conceptual knowledge of the Supply Chain to implement solutions that satisfy all business requirements and engage with business leadership and key users at the global, divisional and regional level. This role will focus on SAP applications supporting our manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Supply Chain organization at the divisional and subsidiary levels to understand business processes and gather business requirements;
  • Analyze, research and resolve requests submitted by the business, using existing technologies and ensuring the solution is aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies;
  • Identify new techniques and technologies and concepts that can add value to business and IT;
  • Implement global bundles for North America, Hill’s Pets Nutrition and Latin America subsidiaries;
  • Effectively communicate project and work related information to the team;
  • Ensure compliance of GIT governance practices;
  • Participate in the planning of and lead the implementation of multiple complex GIT projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT role configuring and implementing SAP Warehouse Management (Warehouse Management, Stockroom Management, Extended Warehouse Management) in a consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry with strong use of batch management;
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming is desirable.;
  • IT or Business work experience for a consumer goods organization is desirable;
  • Supported a Plant and Manufacturing environment and/or Distribution Center;
  • Experience with SAP Logistics Execution;
  • Knowledge of IDOCS, BAPi’s, RFC and ALE interfaces;
  • Experience on SAP S/4 environment
  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms;
  • Strong desire to expand knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level;
  • Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
