Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, or financial accounting.
• 3+ years supporting logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain finance.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience cross-functional with supply chain, operations, procurement, and finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global logistics leadership to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Drive logistics performance through financial analysis, reporting, and KPIs.
• Develop end-to-end reporting processes and analytics for logistics.
• Analyze logistics spend drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and annual operating plans.
• Lead financial review cycles and month-end close.
• Identify and monitor logistics cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance across the network.
