Job summary

Legrand is hiring a Finance Manager, Supply Chain in Minnesota to partner with Sourcing, Transportation, Warehousing, and Operations. You will drive financial insights, build models, and lead cost-reduction initiatives across material productivity and inventory management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience in FP&A within a manufacturing or supply chain setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive experience in Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A.
• Experience supporting inventory management, sourcing, transportation, warehousing, tariff analysis, and cross-functional project work.
• Strong ability to communicate financial insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• MBA, CMA, CPA or other relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Supply Chain leadership to identify material productivity initiatives and savings targets.
• Support supplier negotiations, value engineering, sourcing optimization, and cost reduction programs.
• Monitor and analyze PPV, material cost trends, and project savings; communicate risks and opportunities.
• Lead financial analysis of tariff exposure and duty impacts; quantify risks and mitigation actions.
• Provide finance support for transportation and warehousing performance and cost drivers.
• Analyze inventory levels, turns, and working capital to optimize investment.
• Maintain internal controls related to inventory and support cycle counts and audits.
• Develop intercompany pricing structures in coordination with Finance and Operations.
